Practices will be held primarily at Rocky Bayou Christian School and Choctaw High School.   We will potentially use some other local gyms in Destin/Niceville/Shalimar/Fort Walton Beach depending on availability. Boys will have a couple of alternate locations that split the difference for travel between Pensacola and FWB areas.

Each team will practice at least twice a week.  Additionally, we will provide a 3rd position/skill training session on Sunday afternoons of non-tournament weeks. All 3 practices are considered mandatory.  Position training is led by former NCAA D1 players/coaches.

Our training method which combines position training, individual team practices, and combined team practices on a weekly basis over a 5-7 month period has produced proven results as evidenced by our highly ranked Gulf Coast Region teams, multiple AAU National Championships podium finishes, and consistency in helping our 18u players get to the collegiate level.

No tryouts. Grassroots players will bring all their forms below to their first practice.

Who is this for? This is a low-cost developmental program primarily for girls in 3rd-5th grade with 1-2 practices per week and 3-4 half-day tournaments. Inexperienced 6th graders can also choose to play grassroots but should tryout first for 12u if able. 5th graders with experience and/or looking for more of a challenge and full tournaments should tryout for 11u/12u as well.
